Welcome

Some individuals seek understanding and support during stressful or challenging life-circumstances, e.g., relationship separation, retirement, a death, or being laid off. Others may want to sort out and settle core issues connected to his or her childhood that have affected their self-concept; e.g., decrease self-esteem or self-confidence, physical or sexual abuse, and attachment. Still others may be dealing with specific challenges like anxiety or depression, borderline personality, bi-polar disorder, and suicidal thoughts and feelings.
